When you love coffee, you gotta have a few good coffee shops scouted out.
Here is a list of some of our favorite coffee shops in Koh Phangan, Thailand (by Neighborhood).

Thong Sala

  • Dot’s – Amazing coffee and other drinks as well as yummy desserts. They have WiFi if you need to get some work done on your laptop. Everything is oh so pretty here.
    • AirCon: Yes
    • WiFi: Yes
    • Desserts & Pastries: Yes
    • Food: Some times serving sandwiches, but mostly pastries and desserts.
    • Favorite Menu Items: Iced Americano, cold brew, Moroccan Iced Tea, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, pretty much their whole menu.
  • Doppio – Great selection of coffee and other drinks as well as food. They’ve got some comfy couches if you’re looking to sink in and lounge in the AC.

    • Desserts & Pastries: Yes
    • Food: Yes
    • Favorite Menu Items: Vanilla Latte
  • Nira’s Bakery – French cafe and bakery located right by the main pier area. Great coffee, great food, and friendly service.

    • Food: Yes
    • Favorite Menu Items: Iced Americano, carrot cake, quiche.

Baan Tai

  • Bubba’s – THE place we go to when we’re in Baan Tai. They’ve got great variety of coffee and tea as well as delicious food in a super friendly environment.

    • Desserts & Pastries: Yes
    • Food: Yes
    • Favorite Menu Items: Cold Brew, Chia Pudding, Avocado Toast, Eggs Benedict, Chicken Salad.

Hin Kong

  • Bai Jai – Neighborhood coffee shop/restaurant serving up good coffee and home-style food made with love.
    • AirCon: Yes
    • WiFi: Yes
    • Desserts & Pastries: Yes
    • Food: Yes
    • Favorite Menu Items: Mocha Banana Coconut Shake, Iced Chocolate, Pumpkin Egg & Mushroom, Mint Honey Lemon Shake, Banana Cake, Garlic Pepper Chicken, Garlic Bread.
  • BakeSense – In house roasted coffee and the owner will even let you try roasting your own coffee there!

    • Desserts & Pastries: Yes
    • Food: Yes
    • Favorite Menu Items: Iced Americano, Turkish Tea, Passionfruit cheesecake

Srithanu

  • Rise & Shine – Such a sweet little coffee and juice shop

    • WiFi: Not sure
    • Desserts & Pastries: Yes
    • Food: Not sure
    • Favorite Menu Items: Coconut Latte, Coconut Bliss Balls
  • Taboon – A Mediterranean restaurant with good coffee. Chill vibe. Open early @7am
    • AirCon: No
    • WiFi: Not sure
    • Desserts & Pastries: Yes
    • Food: Yes – Mediterrenean
    • Favorite Menu Items: Americano, Sabih, Shakshuka
  • Cookie’s – Great place for people watching in the heart of Srithanu (Yoga central).

    • Desserts & Pastries: Yes
    • Food: Yes

Chaloklum

  • World’s End – One of the first coffee shops we’ve visited in Koh Phangan. Quaint and cozy coffee shop with quality coffee and food in the north end of the island.

    • WiFi: Not sure
    • Desserts & Pastries: Yes
    • Food: Yes
    • Favorite Menu Items: Iced Coffee, Kombucha, Breakfast Burrito
